Etsy is selling a $60 tiny home ‘bunkhouse’ plan that’s instantly available and customers rate it ‘five stars’

However, these could be complex – which is why some are investing in instructions on how to do it.

One of them is for a 20 by 20-foot bunkhouse cabin for $60 on Etsy.

Made by CozyHouseDesignPlans, the PDF shows how to build a main level wall (nine feet), exit will framing, roof pitch, living area, and a foundation.

In addition, the instructions come with a material list of what’s needed.

The plan can be downloaded and printed on 18 by 24-inch paper.

Many customers who purchased the bunkhouse cabin instructions left five-star ratings and touted the customer service it came with.

Another plan on Etsy is cheaper at the price of $50, which helps build a modern cabin house.

The plans provide for two stories, one combined kitchen and living room, as well as one bathroom and bedroom.

It even includes a terrace.

However, it is only on sale for $50 for just another several hours.

Normally, the blueprint costs $83.

Also, Etsy has instructions for just $21 available to buy.

However, this is only for a tiny house floor plan.
